The site and the software
These terms cover the motionmind.dev website, including its Learn and Blog pages. The MotionMind software (skill, CLI and Studio) is distributed as open source under the MIT licence, available in the github.com/Motion-Minds/motionmind-video repository. That licence governs use of the software, and these terms don't change it.
Content and trademarks
Text, video, images and design on this site belong to the MotionMind team unless stated otherwise. You may share links and quote parts with attribution.
The MotionMind name and logo are not covered by the MIT licence. Don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with your product without written permission.
HyperFrames and HeyGen are trademarks of HeyGen. MotionMind is not affiliated with HeyGen.
Acceptable use
When using this site you must not:
- try to access the admin panel or any other area not meant for you;
- disrupt, overload or attack the site or its servers;
- scrape content automatically at a volume that burdens the site;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Support on Yapp
Support at yapp.ink/motionmind is voluntary. It doesn't entitle you to any product, service, feature, technical support or priority. Payments are processed by Yapp under Yapp's terms. If a payment goes wrong, contact us and Yapp; refunds follow Yapp's process.
Links to other sites
This site links to GitHub, npm, Yapp and other services, and may embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies.
No warranty
The site and its content, including the Learn guides and Blog articles, are provided as is for general information. We try to keep them accurate but don't guarantee they are always complete, current or error-free, or that the site is always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the MotionMind team is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
