What is MotionMind?
Understand how MotionMind equips AI agents with a studio-grade video production process and versioned records.
The brief is all your agent knows about the video. A good one fits in three sentences, and it starts a conversation rather than a render: the agent proposes, you choose, and nothing is built before you approve it.
1. Put Your Brand Material in Place
Before you open the agent, copy your material into shared/brands/<brand>/ in the workspace:
- the logo as an SVG,
- brand fonts (
.woff2or.ttf), - product screenshots at 2× resolution.
Every new version gets a copy, so the video shows your real product instead of a drawn imitation.
2. Write the Brief
Start your agent in the workspace folder and say what you want:
Use the motionmind skill. I want a 15-second 9:16 promo for my coffee shop "Kopi Senja",
message "great coffee, friendly prices", CTA kopisenja.id, music + SFX, no voice-over.
Logo and captures are in shared/brands/kopi-senja/.
A complete brief names six things:

3. Pick a Concept (Gate 1)
The agent doesn't start coding. It writes two or three genuinely different stories to plan/concepts.md and stops. Reply with a number, or combine them ("2, but end on the clock from 3"). Gate 2 comes next: a per-second storyboard, with the style locked in TASTE.md. Expect a few rounds of conversation, not a one-shot.
Tips for Better Results
- One message per video. Short text wins.
- Real material beats descriptions: logo files, fonts, palette, screenshots.
- References are for rhythm and technique, never for copying layouts, colours or assets.
- Start a new chat for each new video. To continue an old one, name its campaign:
