Starting point
The brief: a 9:16 Instagram Reels promo for MotionMind, cut to a song the user supplied. The concept was approved in chat before anything was built.
Following the song
The track was analysed first: 110.54 BPM, drop at 6.885 s, impact at 24.253 s. Every cut is locked in beats.json, with 43 of 46 events within one frame of an onset. The song is only a timing guide. The finals render silent, and the sound is added inside the Instagram app.
The 28 seconds
- Hook: "Making videos with an AI agent?" followed by three problems: revisions overwrite versions, which render was the good one,
v3_final_FIX.
- Drop: particles snap into the logo, then "Every version tracked."
- Who it's for: content creators, agencies & marketing teams, developers, video editors, one role per bar.
- Product: 4 gates, CLI, Studio (real screenshot), v1 vs v2, then promote.
- Close: a short pause, then the CTA on the impact.
v1 (2026-10-30)
Ten code-drawn scenes. The logo uses the master paths, and the fonts are Bricolage Grotesque and Instrument Sans from the landing page. After checking frame sheets, a few things were fixed: hook text moved down, gate cards narrowed, and "Compare." now leaves before "Promote." lands.
Outputs: Final 1080×1920, Web 720×1280 for the landing page, and a Poster.
English version (2026-10-31)
All on-screen text moved to copy.js, so one codebase renders both languages. Timing and motion are identical. This version is the pinned Instagram post.
